Understanding Chickenpox

Chicken Pox Prevention Measures

Chicken pox can be prevented by vaccination process. In Indonesia alone, chickenpox does not include a list of mandatory immunization for children, but still recommended.
Transmission of chicken pox is also generally very easy and fast to occur. The first deployment of preventive measures that can be done is to isolate patients with chicken pox from public places such as schools or offices until the scab, scab to dry out and become koreng.
Chicken pox virus is most easily transmitted on 1-2 days before the rash appears until the next week, when the scab, scab and koreng had dried up.
